Day one

this week, i am boss.

while my colleague is in the company of cowboys in canada and my boss is soaking up the sun in hong kong….

i have tons of microscope work to do. actually, i just have tons of work to do.

it is so quiet.. which is kind of nice because i get to do things my way and at my own pace. but i also suspect that apart from the 2 lines i exchanged with the postman this morning, i will have zero verbal communication for a long while. let me turn up the radio and disturb some other working friends via email.
